Multiquip UK commence Phase 2 or their OneFit roll-out

We have today started Phase 2 of the OneFit for Multiquip UK.  The following modules will be rolled out to replace the ACT! system currently used:
   CRM (Contact Relationship Management)
   Opportunities
   Quotations

3 remote salesmen will have offline access to a local instance of the OneFit CRM modules, with our own 2-way data synchronisation routines being utilised to keep the head office CRM module up to date with new sales activity, and the remote databases up to date with changes in the main OneFit system.

Successful parallel run of OneFit at Multiquip UK

The parallel run of the Financials module of OneFit at Multiquip UK was successful, with the balances agreeing to the Sage MMS solution that it was run in parallel against. Go-live Phase is scheduled to be 1 April 2012.

Multiquip UK after dismissing SAGE 200 from an alternative supplier turned to Logma's OneFit solution on the basis of Flexibility and integration. They will be using full multi-currency financials and order processing and CRM for remote sales force operations. Customisation means go-live is likely to be March 2012. Watch this space...

Aquacure water filtration take the plunge

A big decision and a big job. Aquacure have now committed to replacing their SAGE Order Processing and Financials to the fully integrated OneFit  CRM, Complaints Management and Web Portal software already in place. Included in this move is the OneFit Works Order Control (manufacturing), introduction touch screens for point of operation control, production and material management. MRP is introduced for both bought in and made in parts.

Having experienced the benefits and power of some of Logma’s OneFit modules, earlier this year Aqua Cure commissioned Logma,  to replace their existing order processing with OneFit Premier,  Manufacturing and advanced Stock Management, which will complete the delivery of a total ERP system for this valued and highly successful Logma customer. The final stage of installation has been delayed due to re-structuring within the Aqua Cure Group, which has now been completed.
